The rules of the road

1. Acceptance

By using MileMori ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).

2. Nature of the Service — the most important clause

MileMori is a statistical entertainment and motivation tool. Its estimates, "horizon" figures, route effects, coach responses, and suggestions are illustrations derived from population-level data. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, actuarial services, or predictions of any individual's lifespan, and must never be relied on as such. Always consult qualified professionals for health, financial, or legal decisions. The AI coach, in either mode, is a software companion — not a therapist, physician, or advisor.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide inputs about yourself only, use the Service lawfully, not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law allows, and not use outputs to make claims about other people. If you use any submission or community feature available in the Service, you will not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and you grant MileMori a non-exclusive license to display moderated, anonymized submissions.

4. Intellectual property

The MileMori name, logo, design system, copy, and original content are the property of the operator. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors; tiles by CARTO; routing by OSRM; each under its own license and attribution shown in-app. Your data remains yours.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (OSM/Nominatim, CARTO, OSRM, Google Fonts, and — if enabled — Anthropic for coach replies and Resend for feedback email delivery). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their use is governed by their own policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service's outputs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

7. Wellbeing

MileMori is designed to be blame-free and supportive, and includes a sensitivity mode. If the theme of finite time is distressing to you, please prioritize your wellbeing over the Service, and consider speaking with someone you trust or a professional.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be announced in-app. You may stop using the Service at any time; Settings → "Delete all my data" removes everything from your device.

9. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Legal contact and product feedback: yusuf@sint.com.tr.
